  • Taking trips with my children and family.
  • I give myself permission to express my Emotions, sometimes, sad, angry, guilt, fear, denials and crying.
  • Reading about other families or mothers going through the same experiences.
  • Meditations…Listening to music and most especially listening to the wants Cynthia loved.
  • Thinking about the last vacation we took to Orlando Florida—Disney World
  • Communicating with my children…families and friends by text messaging & WhatsApp etc..
  • Writing, which is now my favorite hobby…this helps me to write down my feelings and thoughts of the day
  • Attending support group…for grieving mothers
  • Cooking helps me to concentrate, remember to eat, sometimes it’s difficult to think about food…
  • Drinking plenty of water, this helps me to keep myself hydrated.
  • Talking with other grieving parents

Please, let me know some of your COPING styles. My goal is for us to share ideas.
